Snow Day Survey: What's your favorite exercise (or not?)

Hi all,
Since many of us won't be getting out to our regular fitness activities today, it's time for a little Deep Contemplation! Please post your favorite (or least favorite) fitness activity, yoga position, or exercise. Let's find out what we find fun (or at least tolerable)--and what we can do without. Let the conversation begin!

Sounds like the Saturday field trip was a hoot! I bet all of you did great! Wish I could have been there.

I am glad to see we are having class tonight. I have been out 4 weeks now, and even tho I try to do something at home each day it is never as much fun, just seems like work, and I can come up with more excuses not to do a thing!

Look forward to seeing everybody tonight. BELLY DANCING is my favorite activity! I have lots to learn, and being a klutz just makes it harder. The hour passes amazingly fast.

Sara,
Our class is a klutz-free zone! Seriously, I believe that coordination and grace can both be learned (and I know I've seen you learning it!). Yes, some people (and I'm not one of them) are naturally gifted dancers, but everyone's skeleton links up essentially in the same ways--we just have to train our minds to let go and let them dance!

It is good to be back in class--gonna be 66 degrees here today and I am so excited!
